My philosophy has always been to approach such individuals with the hope that their hearts and minds might change one day through our unwavering fight for justice and equality. Therefore, instead of focusing on my feelings toward them, I concentrate on our collective struggle to overcome the oppressive systems that have allowed such hatred to flourish. My faith teaches me to love my enemies and pray for those who persecute us, and I hold onto that belief as we continue our march toward justice and equality for all.”
